Ostara Holistic Healing Centre is passionate about quality teaching. All of our holistic courses are a genuine investment in your future and we treat every individual according to their needs. Quality of teaching is of a high standard, as is all teaching material. Our courses can be booked on a one-to-one basis where we can come to you *(travel charges may apply) or held in groups. Some of our courses lead to accreditation and will allow you to become insured; other courses will allow you to embark on a new journey and use the skills you have learnt for personal growth. We are keen to promote the holistic and wellness aspects within all of our courses, and treat each individual as being a ‘whole being’. This is the philosophy we teach when it comes to training on one of our therapy courses.
We are dedicated to small teaching groups to ensure maximum quality and are passionate about helping individuals and therapists to learn new skills which can be passed on to others. Many of our courses are great for beginners, and others are perfect for those already working as therapists who are looking to enhance their training. CPD points are valuable to a therapist and our courses carry these points.
Today I took part in the Swedish Massage Diploma. Vicky was an amazing teacher - very gifted and thorough in her teaching. I learnt so much - so much more than I was expecting and I feel so confident moving forward to start working on my case studies and really excited by it. Ostara Retreats are beautiful days/weekends designed for you to come and experience pure wellbeing. Our events incorporate health and wellness techniques for you to learn and take away with you. Whether held at beautiful locations in Suffolk, or other parts of the United Kingdom; we aim for you to be able to feel safe and relaxed in the knowledge that you are nurturing yourself. These are days for you to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and indulge in relaxation and rejuvenation. These are places for you to do as you feel, learn what you wish, and take part in what you choose. Such days may combine yoga, Pilates, meditation, healing, talks from professionals and holistic therapies.
