Mindfulness is a practice used to calm the mind, relax the body and revive the soul. It is extremely popular with individuals including celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey and Hugh Jackman. Scientists have proved that meditation changes the brain, inducing calm, happiness and positivity.
Mindfulness is about living in the present and acknowledging the past in order to be able to live for the future.
Classes are friendly and relaxed, allowing beginners and practiced individuals to take part. Classes are an hour, with ten minutes allowing people to come in and settle and ten minutes at the end for people to come around.

Individual sessions are £12 or a block booking of six weeks for £54.
