Mindfulness is about living in the present and acknowledging the past in order to be able to live for the future.
Classes are friendly and relaxed, allowing beginners and practiced individuals to take part. Classes are on an individual basis at Quay Place with Vicki or you can invite a group of friends who wish to create a class.
